Our mission here at Veranda Senior Living is to help our residents thrive and celebrate life through meaningful life enrichment programs, nutritious meals, and compassionate care. We provide exemplary Memory Care services through personalized activity programs that are tailored to promote dignity, socialization, and fulfill unmet needs. We have also developed our Memory Care environments to be centered around the cognitive state and reality of our residents.
As a locally owned and operated community it is our goal to attract and retain dynamic team members that have a common set of values and believe in bringing a higher standard of care to the Treasure Valley. Here at Veranda we strive to create an atmosphere where our team members not only look forward to coming to work but also feel safe, valued, and have agency over their positions. We want to inspire our team to engage in a welcoming culture fostered around family, education, trust, consistency, and prudent financial stewardship.
